There is something really special about this coast of Mexico. For me, personally, I consider these my “healing waters”. At times in my life when I have needed to reset and redirect, I have come to the Riviera Maya to figure out my next steps in life. If you are open to the whisperings of this place, I believe you will come to the same conclusion.

Summer 2026 Rocky Mountains, Colorado, USA

The beauty and strength of the Rocky Mountains, powerful rushing rivers, and sacred ancient Native American lands have so much to teach us about who we really are, and who we have the ability to become. I am excited to share these things with you in a way that will stay with you long after you attend this retreat!

Winter 2027

Pacific Coast, Mexico

The combination of the Pacific Ocean and the lush, mountainous tropical jungle of the West Coast of Mexico is pure magic for introspection and personal transformation! The timing of this retreat intentionally coincides with the journey of the incredible female Humpback Whales who come here every year to give birth to their babies.
